The RCI offers an assessment of each individual student's Readiness for Change. Designed for new students embarking on their college journey, these assessments shine light on the areas they are lacking allowing them to be better prepared for the semester by knowing what they need to develop. At the end of the semester, students will retake the assessment to demonstrate the improvement heading into the second. Areas still in need of attention can be focused on by the student once they know where to concentrate their efforts.
