Referral Type

The Readiness for Change Institute, LLC provides educational and behavioral change programs designed to support personal development, accountability, and improved decision-making. These programs are not clinical, therapeutic, or medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition.

Participation in any program offered by The Readiness for Change Institute, LLC does not guarantee any specific legal outcome, including but not limited to dismissal of charges, reduction of penalties, or favorable court decisions.

The Readiness for Change Institute, LLC does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Participants are encouraged to consult with their attorney, probation officer, or other appropriate authority to determine whether participation in a program is suitable for their individual circumstances.

Program requirements, completion standards, and timelines must be met in full in order to receive a certificate of completion. Failure to complete all required components may result in non-completion.

By enrolling in or referring an individual to any program offered by The Readiness for Change Institute, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary unless otherwise directed by a court or supervising authority, and that the Institute is not responsible for any legal decisions or outcomes related to participation.  By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
